Our amazing client is seeking a Superintendent in the Construction industry.

The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent with a strong background in ground-up commercial builds—including healthcare, municipal, K-12, and other institutional facilities. You’ll play a key leadership role, overseeing daily field operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring project timelines, safety standards, and quality expectations are met or exceeded.
What You’ll Do

Lead and supervise commercial construction projects ranging from $5M to $50M+

Own the full jobsite operation including schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination

Conduct regular safety meetings and site inspections to uphold OSHA and company safety standards

Schedule manpower and trade partners to meet project milestones

Communicate project status effectively with clients, architects, and internal project teams

Proactively identify risk areas and resolve challenges to minimize delays and ensure worker safety

Maintain and organize site documentation, permits, materials orders, and reports

Coordinate pre-construction site logistics and verify project layout accuracy
What You Bring

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required

Experience: 5+ years as a Superintendent or General Foreman on ground-up commercial projects

Technology Skills: Proficient with ProCore, BlueBeam, SmartSheets, and Microsoft Excel

Proven leadership in managing subcontractors and site personnel

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Safety-first mindset with hands-on field management experience
Physical Requirements

Ability to climb stairs/ladders and walk long distances on construction sites

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs without assistance
