We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Operator to perform high-speed, high-volume production tasks in a printing and inserting environment. The role involves operating equipment, processing checks, cards, and inserts, and ensuring accurate and quality output while meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-speed, high-volume production tasks such as printing and inserting checks, cards, and inserts.
- Set up equipment, load materials, and clear jams or other simple malfunctions as needed.
- Maintain productivity on all machines and deliver high-quality output while meeting production deadlines.
- Follow operational procedures and policies to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely production.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Work overtime when scheduled, including weekends, holidays, and the first week and weekend of each month.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mandatory overtime.
- Ability to stand 100% of the scheduled time.
- Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and relevant production applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear, tactful, and constructive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic data entry skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds; may require occasional bending, walking, and standing.
