We’re hiring an experienced IT Service Desk Technician III to support a hybrid Microsoft environment across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Azure, and on-prem infrastructure.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role responsible for day-to-day administration, service stability, and resolving infrastructure issues within established standards. You’ll own defined operational processes while partnering with senior IT leadership on governance and architecture.
What You’ll Do
- Administer Microsoft 365 (users, groups, licensing, collaboration services)
- Manage Entra ID (Azure AD) identities, roles, authentication settings
- Support Exchange Online (mailboxes, distribution groups, basic mail flow)
- Perform routine Azure administration (access management, monitoring, troubleshooting)
- Assist with Intune and endpoint management
- Support hybrid identity (on-prem Active Directory + Entra ID)
- Own user lifecycle tasks, access requests, and license management
- Troubleshoot identity, messaging, and infrastructure issues; escalate when appropriate
- Use PowerShell to automate routine administrative tasks
- Follow change management and ITSM processes
- Provide escalation support across multi-state operations
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years in a senior service desk or Tier III support role
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Exchange Online
- Proficiency in Entra ID and on-prem Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Azure (operations-focused, not architecture design)
- Exposure to Intune and endpoint management
- Experience working in an ITSM/ticketing environment
- Healthcare or regulated industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills and high attention to detail
