We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team. The EHS Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s EHS program, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, and implementing best practices to maintain a safe and healthy work environment for their assigned shift.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage the Safety Coordinators assigned to your shift
• Develop and implement comprehensive EHS policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
• Conduct regular risk assessments and inspections to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize EHS goals and objectives
• Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS policies and procedures
• Maintain records and documentation related to EHS compliance and incident reporting
• Investigate incidents and accidents and develop appropriate corrective actions to prevent future occurrences
• Maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance with EHS policies and procedures
• Manage EHS budget and oversee the procurement of necessary equipment and supplies
• Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in the EHS program
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a safety role in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety best practices
• Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to effectively train employees on safety procedures
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
